Storage conditions
To ensure excellent long-term quality, we recommend storing frozen black summer truffles at -18°C (-0.4°F) or colder in your freezer. Carefully packed to prevent any contamination or alteration of their precious taste, these truffles will keep their freshness for several months.
Consumption
Truffles do not require washing, being already washed by us. Frozen truffles do not thaw completely and are sliced semi-frozen like fresh truffles. Once thawed, they cannot be refrozen.
